Fort Smallwood Park is comprised of 90 acres at the tip of a peninsula in northeastern Anne Arundel County where the Patapsco River and Rock Creek meet the Chesapeake Bay. Situated at the confluence of the Patapsco River and the Chesapeake Bay, Fort Smallwood Park’s 90 acres offer an outstanding balance of recreation opportunities and natural beauty. Thomas Point Park is located on the Chesapeake Bay near the mouth of the South River and Fishing Creek. This small park is best known for fishing, but it is also enjoyed by visitors who enjoy a quick hike and magnificent views of the water.
